My Poly Voyager Free 20 will not stay paired to my phone. After successfully connecting the buds will not connect after returning to case. Restarting phone does no good. Error msg appears when trying to to connect in Bluetooth Settings PIN doesn't match. I have tried everything I can think of.

Firmware is ALL up to date.

Re Paired after removing. Restarting phone, removing Poly buds from phone bluetooth, etc. Only solution is to reset all and start over. Pairs once, then never reconnects.

I am very experienced with Tech, have other Bluetooth buds of different brands (Anker, Jabra) and have tried everything.
