Hello,

I cannot add Poly Voyager Free 60+ Bluetooth earphones to my profile.  The product is not selectable. Also, there is no web-link where I can register my product.

The serial number is not found on the HP warranty check links.

Incidentally, both earpiece serial number and charging case serial number is not recognized.  AS following;
