I am unable to connect the Poly Focus Voyager Usb adaptor to my  laptop

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC headset. I understand how important it is to have your headset working properly, and I’d be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the issue.

 

Please follow the steps below to help resolve the problem:

1. Connect the USB Adapter Directly to the PC: If you're using a docking station, kindly connect the USB adapter directly to the PC to ensure a stable connection.

2. Check the USB Adapter in Poly Lens: Verify that the USB adapter is detected in the Poly Lens application on your PC. If it appears, please proceed to pair the headset by selecting "Pair a New Device."

3. Update the Firmware: Ensure the headset firmware is up to date by using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

4. Reset and Repair the Headset: If the issue persists, try resetting the headset and repairing it with the USB adapter via the Poly Lens application.
