My poly voyager 5200 unmutes itself when a call comes in. I have the sensors turned off, the system is updates.

What other things can I do to try to correct this? Uninstalling / reinstalling is not an option as it is on a restricted computer.

Hello @pitchy92, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thank you for reaching out with your query regarding your Poly device.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Voyager 5200 headset. I completely understand how important it is to have your headset working reliably, especially in day-to-day communication. I'm here to help you troubleshoot and get it back to optimal performance.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Disable or reset the wearing sensors through the Poly Lens application.
  3. Ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone application.
  4. Perform a full reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application.

These steps often resolve most performance-related issues with the headset. Once you've completed them, please test the device and let us know if the issue persists—we are here to support you every step of the way.

Take care and have an amazing day!
