Product: Voyager Free 60+ UC USB-C

I have own a VOYAGER 5200 and it's work perfect in any environment.

 

Now I buy a VOYAGER Free 60 + UC.

And I got a poor call quality experience that comapre with VOYAGER 5200.

 

Any new firmware is working on it?  Or it a hadrware design problem?

It's cost USD299 and the call quality is poor than a USD100 headset?

 

Your brand selling point is call quality, how can a new flagship product is poor in call quality?
