Voyager 5200 UC USB-A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I had issues with my Voyager 5200 headset and the same was replaced. While using the new one which was working perfectly fine until the other day when while left charging for a couple of hours started to blink purple and no pairing with my mobile phone. After a few restarts I decided to try out the sensor reset procedure, which seemed to work initially, however after short period of time the headset disconnected from the phone and started blinking purple again.
Anther sensor reset seem to have helped, but again for a short time. Hoping that FW update will help the same was update to v517 (latest available using the Poly Lens app. Situation did not improve on the contrary now the headset does not seem to start at all nor there is any visual light or audible feedback.
I need your assistance guiding me to perform additional troubleshooting as I need this headset working.
Thank you in advance.
