Hello,

I hope you might be able to help me with my Plantronics BackBeat FIT 3200
(it doesn't let me add the product with the embedded s/n, as per instructions I blacked it out in supplied images).

They were purchased in september 2020 (a link below for a reference from the amazon order at the time, along with photos of the original package in mint condition).

They were put in long term storage without any interference due to personal medical issues.
I have now tried to revive them, and have charged them (with the supplied original cable, the charger plug to an outlet was not supplied), on several iterations - overnight, and also almost a full 24 Hrs in seperate.

However it seems that the battery drains quite rapidly in any case.
[All photos mentioned are available via the link at the end]
Upon a full charging iteration (as described above):
a. turn the left earbud on; voice says: "battery high..." - in the app it shows 81%
b. shut it down and turn on again immediately - in the app it shows 80%
(see photos Left-a.jpg and Left-b.jpg respectively, I estimate that this is still workable though).

The right earbud is practically unusable, even after an extended charging session:
a. Turn the right earbud on; voice says: "battery low..." - in the app it shows 33%
(note: sometimes it momentarily says "high" for some reason)
b. Shut it down and turn on again immediately - in the app it shows 25%
(see photos Right-a.jpg and Right-b.jpg respectively).

I understand that this might mean the internal battery cannot maintain charge very well anymore.

Is there anything that I can do about it  by myself, that I haven't thought of perhaps?

and in any case -

Can someone please provide support, of any kind, for my predicament?
I would really appreciate any assistance or a referal to anyone who might be able to offer help.

Note: I live overseas in Israel (hope it's not an issue).

Thanks in advance!
