Hello @blownagasket, welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 5200 UC.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?
1. Could you please try the headset with a different mobile phone or a PC?
2. Could you please connect the headset to the PC and check for any firmware updates and update them if there are any?
3. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
4. Could you please confirm if the provided USB dongle is connected to the PC?
5. Could you please connect the headset to the PC and disable the smart sensors and the modify notification tones?

1. Disabling Smart Sensors:

Using the Poly Lens App:

Open Poly Lens, navigate to Voyager Focus 2 settings, and then to sensors and presence. Select "none" under active call audio to disable the presence detection.

Using Button Combination:

While the headset is idle (not on a call or streaming music), press and hold the Call and Mute buttons for 5 seconds.

2. Modifying Notification Tones:

  • Using the Poly Lens App: Open Poly Lens, go to settings, and select the audio channel tone option. Turn it off or adjust the notification interval as needed.

6. Could you please try factory resetting the headset to check if it resolves the issue?

Using Poly Lens Desktop:

  1. Open Poly Lens Desktop: Launch the app and make sure your Voyager 5200 is connected to your computer via USB or Bluetooth.
  2. Select your device: Locate your Voyager 5200 in the app's sidebar and select it.
  3. Navigate to settings: Go to the settings section within the app.
  4. Restore defaults: Choose the "Restore Defaults" or "Reset Device" option, depending on your Poly Lens version.
  5. Confirm: You may need to confirm the action, such as clicking "OK."
  6. Unplug and power off (USB): If the headset is connected via USB, unplug and power it off for the settings to take effect.

Manual Reset (If Poly Lens Fails):

  1. Turn off the headset: Ensure the Voyager 5200 is powered off.
  2. Hold the call button: While the headset is off, press and hold the call button.
  3. Turn on the headset: While still holding the call button, turn the headset back on.
  4. Release the button: Release the call button once the headset is fully powered on.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or it solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
