I have a new voyager 5200 headset, which I have used for about 30 days. Callers complain that the call quality suddenly degrades and they can’t hear me. It is basically unusable. Contacted support and they sent me another one (refurbished, not new). This one does the same thing! Plus, this one sounds staticky to me.
Using an iPhone with iOS 18.5.
Any idea what the problem is? Is the Voyager 5200 just garbage now? I still have my old one which I used for almost 5 years until it started disconnecting randomly. Never had poor call quality though.

I already provided details and a case number. As I responded to you via private message, I am not interested in pursuing this further. I don’t want to receive another potentially broken headset, just to have to return that one also. I am going to try a different brand. RIP Voyager 5200. Thank you for your time.
