Voyager 8200 UC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The headset know will audibly state "Recharge Headset" every few mins, even when the headset is full charge.  Firmware is up to date.

Hi,
Welcome to HP Poly Community!

Please try charging the headset with a different charge cable or power outlet.
Go to Poly Lens > Voyager 8200 > Settings > wireless > HD Voice>OFF*

Go to Poly Lens > Voyager 8200 > Settings > Restore Defaults.
