Voyager 8200 UC now saying "Bluetooth off" when powered up.  So will not connect to my Android mobile or Windows computer (even with the BT600 dongle).

Was working fine for 2 years until today.

Any ideas?  I have Poly Lens installed in the computer, which says Status "Not Connected".

Hello, @FXlogin, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

Please connect the Voyager 8200 to the PC via the USB cable and check if the headset is being detected on the Poly Lens application; if yes, then go to settings and restore the headset settings to default.
Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
Also, please try pairing the headset directly via the native Bluetooth of the PC and check if the headset is working.

Regards,
Meghana
