Voyager FOCUS2 M UC USB-A

I was handling a call and the mute button stopped functioning, the microphone was at that moment functioning well, but not go into a mute state using the button, after I finished my call, I turned off/on the headset and now the microphone not functioning.

-I tried to reset

-use new PC 

-using cable/reset configuration

the issue persisted.

before RMA, I need the Firmware file for the headset to fetch again may it help?

I recommend contacting HP Support to inquire about a replacement if your headset is still under warranty. Our support engineers should be able to assist you with this matter.
