Hello Together,

 

I got new hardware and connected my headset as usual.

BT600 was detected and connected to the headset.
I can make calls and talk on MS Teams.
But I can no longer play music and sounds through the headset.

In the sound menu, I have set music playback as the default on the BT600.
However, the sound does not arrive at the headset.

Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please set the headset to default on the playback settings of the sound settings instead of BT600?

Hi. I did it. But I can't hear any Sounds. 

 

The craziest thing is that when I open the System/Sound menu, everything works.
But when I close the menu without making a change, I no longer hear sound.

Once you change the settings on the PC please switch off and switch on the headset also please restart your PC and let us know if it helps.

Could you please check with a different PC and mobile phone and let me know if the issue still persists?
