I recently purchased a Voyager Focus 2 UC headset in April 2023, having the same issue with Bluetooth connected to my iPhone. Overall no connectivity issues with the headset when connected to my laptop (Macbook) for Team and Zoom calls although when I take a call on my mobile the Bluetooth frequently disconnects multiple times during the call.
It is a very annoying situation during a call and I hope the issue can be resolved.

Hi, i habe the exact same thing happening to me using a poly voyager focus 2 on an iphone 11 pro max. Happens independent of whether the headset is also connected to my mac via the dongle, bt700 or not, meaning connected to iphone only.
in my former company we were using the predecessor, plantronics voyager focus. Because of good experience i had ordered the new model. Wouldn’t recommend for iphone use at the moment. On mac, rarely an issue.
