Ever since I updated the firmware to 231.591.0.5039 by case loses its charge extremally fast. Is this a known issue? What is the fix?

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Free 60+.
Could you please check for any firmware updates for the earbuds on the Poly Lens application and update the earbuds.
Please note that the firmware on both the charging case and the earbuds should match. Please check for the updates and update them.
