Product: Voyager Free 60+ UC USB-C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear All,

 

I have a Voyager Free 60+.

And I find that there are a New firmware V5039 was released.

 

So I use Poly Lens to upgrade my headset on Windows 11.

But it just show my version is V5037 and no update notification pop up.

 

Anyone upgraded to the V5039?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

When using the Poly Lens Desktop App, ensure the following:

1. BT700 is plugged in  - this will update the earbuds 

2. USB to Charge case - this will update the Charge case

 

You can try using the Poly Lens app (Mobile) to update the earbuds.  This resource will be useful:
