Here's what I've got:

Device Model: Voyager Free 60 Series
Software version: 233.844.0.5065
Product ID: 0xB01A
Connected to iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.1.1

Getting used to these buds and so far so good except they increase the volume on the iPhone significantly when they connect. Then, they leave the volume at that level when disconnected. Next time the phone rings I jump out of my chair!  Please allow the buds to play nice with my phone and if you need to increase the phone's volume, fine. Just remember where it was and put it back to that level when you disconnect. Make sense? Thanks.

Hi @JWallaby, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m sorry to hear about the volume issue you are experiencing with your Voyager Free 60. I understand how important it is for your headset to function properly. I request that you follow a few troubleshooting steps and test the voyager free 60.

1. Verify and Update Firmware: Kindly check for any firmware updates for your headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

2. Reset or Disable Wearing Sensors: Please disable or reset the wearing sensors of the headset through the Poly Lens application.

3. Adjust Volume on iPhone: Ensure that the volume on your headset is adjusted to a comfortable level on your iPhone before disconnecting.

4. Reset the Headset: If the issue persists, please perform a reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to HP Support for further assistance. Our Support Engineers will be happy to help you and find a solution. You can contact HP Support via the following link:
