Poly Voyager Surround 85

Hi, my Voyager Surround 85 won't charge. Not wirelessly from the stand and not from the original USB C cable supplied. Tried Other cables, charges or outlets but it won't charge. There is no damage to the headphones and they are in near brand new condition.

I'm really sorry to hear about the challenge you're facing with the headset, I completely understand how important it is for it to be working smoothly. Please follow a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this:
 

  1. Check the firmware: Please verify and update the headset’s firmware using the Poly Lens application.
  2. Try a different power source: If possible, try using a different power adapter or outlet to ensure the headset is getting enough power.
  3. Reset the headset: You can also try resetting the headset using the Poly Lens application.
