Voyager 5200 OFFICE USB-A

I have been facing issues with the battery of the product since the day I received it (as a replacement for the original product). I provided all the necessary details, claimed my warranty, and a new replacement order was placed. The case has been closed for over a month now, but I haven't received a proper response through customer support calls. Three individuals from the support team assured me that I would receive an update through email, but I still have no clue about what is happening.

I am sorry to hear that the replacement has not been delivered to you yet, please provide us the previous case number so that I can look into this and give you an update as soon as possible. Rest assured will look into this with high priority and give you an update.

Where should I send the case number, as the Case number is not a public knowledge, this is my Email address, kindly follow up there.
