Hello,

I have a problem reporting a fault with my Plantronics Voyager Legend headset. In July last year, I was sent a new handset, but unfortunately it broke. Hangs up on the phone, callers can't hear me and interrupts conversations. Additionally, the rubber battery cover swollen and cracked. Unfortunately, the handset's serial number does not want to be included in the warranty claim. I would like to ask for help in this matter.
