Voyager 5200 UC USB-A

alguien sabe por que el audífono poly Voyager 5200 solo prende una luz azul y roja y no hace nada lo prendo y no se escucha ninguna voz ni hace ni dice nada nisiquiera me sale eb Bluetooth para poderme conectar y tiene menos de un mes que mande el aterior garantía por lo mismo se supone me llego uno nuevo y no llevo ni un mes y ya empezó a hacer lo mismo alguien sabe si tiene solución o se puede hacer algo o como repararlo.
