bluetooth not working can't pair the device to the computer or iphone

New device was work for 2-3 weeks and now can't connect

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Poly device.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Voyager Surround 85. I completely understand how important it is to have a reliable and fully functional headset, I'm here to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible.
To begin, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Connect the headset to your PC via USB cable, then open the Poly Lens application to check for and install any available firmware updates.

  2. Reset or disable the headset’s wearing sensors using the Poly Lens app.

  3. For PC connections, please use the USB Bluetooth adapter for optimal performance.

  4. For iPhone users, delete the headset from your list of previously connected Bluetooth devices and reconnect.

  5. If the issue continues, please perform a full headset reset through the Poly Lens application.
