hello, for my job, i just purchased a voyager 4310 UC USBC. Serial # 319kjj

Randomly, the dongle has stopped being responsive. I would like a replacement dongle and i would also like to know how to prevent this in the future. this is the third time this has happened to me (on other headsets belonging to a different employer)
