I have been using poly saavi 8220 UC from past 4 months on windows 10, after upgrading the OS to windows 11,  the headset is working anymore. The Bluetooth is not getting detecting, multiple time presses the button, replugged, also the headset is not working via cable (C-type) , have downlowded Poly Lens desktop, but there also the bluetooth device is not coming up.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Poly device. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Savi 8220 UC. I understand how important it is to have your headset functioning reliably, and I truly appreciate your patience as we work through this together.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset afterward:
 

  • Update the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC to ensure it is running the latest firmware.
  • Check the Device Manager on your PC, locate the Savi drivers, uninstall them, and then restart both the PC and the headset before testing again.
  • In the Poly Lens application, verify whether there is an option to remove a trusted device. If available, please remove it and retest.
  • Navigate to the headset settings in Poly Lens and, if the option is present, perform a headset reset, then test the device.
