Product: Voyager 5200
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Well, this is annoying. The Subject above states the problem which occurs ONLY when I have a Bluetooth connection with the Voyager 5200 and my iPhone. When I start to play a voicemail message, I will hear the first word, but then it cuts out. The time marker moves indicating the message is playing, but there's no sound. When I press the bluetooth button I see that the Voyager 5200 has disconnected by itself. If I choose Bluetooth again, it self-disconnects again. If I select the iPhone speaker, everything is fine. If I listen to streaming music, the Voyager is fine. Does anybody have the solution? I updated to iOS 17 this afternoon and problem is still there. And evidently I am not alone. There are dozens of complaints on the 'net, but no solutions. And I have tried all of the recommended solutions to no avail. The Voyager 5200 is useless to me if Bluetooth

 disconnects during voicemail playback.
