even tho i use a cable conection the sound quality is still bad when i try to use the mic.

To help address the issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below and then test the headset:
 

  • Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  • Ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and the softphone application.
  • Reset the headset through the Poly Lens application.

Please note that the Voyager 4320 is primarily designed for audio calls and conferencing. If you’re considering using it for gaming, I recommend reviewing the detailed specifications in the Voyager 4320 datasheet, which can help determine compatibility for your use case.
