  1. Please verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Ensure the headset is set as the default device for both your PC and softphone.
  3. Confirm that all necessary audio drivers are installed on your PC.
  4. Try resetting the headset using the Poly Lens application.
