poly lens software not recognizing new voyager 4320 headset. Software installed headset connected visa usb c power and usb c Bluetooth adapter. Headset works but I am unable to manage via poly lens software.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Voyager 4320 headset. I understand how important it is to have your headset working properly, and please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

 

  1. Try using a different USB cable to connect the headset to your PC and check if the headset is being recognized.
  2. If the issue persists, please reinstall the Poly Lens application by downloading it from the link below.

If the problem continues, as an alternative, you can try using the Plantronics Hub application to check if the headset is being recognized. If it is, please proceed with verifying and updating the headset’s firmware, then reset the headset. Afterward, test the headset again with the Poly Lens application.
