My poly voyager 5200 uc is not working after i update the firmware both headset and charging case is up to date. cable is working perfectly fine before i update both of them.

Headset is charging...i haveve issue with the charging case...since i bought it i already had problem woth charging case.

when i bought it..tje charging case already have issue self draining while the headset is stored. After i update the firmware to latest version. The issue now its not charging well . It only charging once i connect it to desktop...its not working if i charge it using 5v  and its still self draining...very stressful

could you please charge the Poly Voyager 5200 charging case with a different cable and different power source to check if the battery is still draining?

Hi. What is the solution here? I have the same problem and by headset is less than 3 weeks old.
