Hello @Kalyan423, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Free 60 +.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

1. Use the USB dongle instead of Bluetooth

  • Plug it in directly to a USB-C port on the laptop (avoid USB hubs or docks).
  • Wait a few seconds until the LED on the dongle turns solid blue (connected).
  • If it keeps flashing, open Poly Lens and pair it manually:
  • Lens App → Device → Connect new device → BT700/BT900 → follow prompts.

2. Update firmware via Poly Lens

  • Open Poly Lens Desktop App.
  • Select Voyager Free 60+ UC and BT700 dongle separately.
  • Go to Updates → Install for both.
  • Reboot headset after update.

3. Check for wireless interference

  • Move at least 1–2 meters away from your Wi-Fi router.
  • Avoid using 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channels near the headset.
  • If possible, switch your Wi-Fi to 5 GHz band — the headset uses 2.4 GHz and can clash with your router signal.

4. Reset your headset

  • Put earbuds in the case.
  • Hold the pairing button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED flashes amber/red.
  • Delete the pairing from your PC.
  • Reconnect using the dongle or Bluetooth.

5. Check the “call/audio” mode

  • In Windows sound settings:
  • Output: “Poly Voyager Free 60+ Stereo”
  • Input: “Poly Voyager Free 60+ Hands-Free AG Audio”

Make sure to select the same on the softphone used.

6. USB-C Dongle not recognized

  • If your PC doesn’t detect the dongle:
  • Try another USB-C port.
  • Check Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers.
  • If not listed, reinstall Poly Lens, plug in again, and it will auto-install drivers.

Take care and have an amazing day!
