my headset speaker not working after the software update

Hi Team, I've a Voyager Legend, everything is working fine less the speaker, what could be the solution for this issue.

Thank you for the update. 
1. Please check with any other PC and mobile phone. 
2. Please install the Plantronics Hub application and check for firmware updates and update them.
3. Please restore the settings to default on the Plantronics Hub application and switch off and switch on the headset to save the changes done on the application.
