Hi @15KD, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps and test the headset.
Please connect the headset to a PC using a USB cable, ensuring that the headset is not paired with any device via Bluetooth. After that, kindly check and update the headset's firmware.
Please reset the headset using the Poly Lens application on the PC.
Alternatively, you could install the Plantronics Hub application to update the firmware and test the headset.
