Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My office handed me this brand new notebook with touchscreen and pen etc. I was so amazed, but the I cant use the computer, its just so annoying. The mouse cursors freezes all the time, like the system was freezing for about 1 sec.

 

I tried to search online all I could. I tried new drives for the pen, for the graphic board (intel 620), update bios, diable the pen, nothing have helped.

 

We have also formatted the computer and reinstalled the entire system and NOTHING.

 

Please help
