Product: 12c financial calculator

I have a 12c financial calculator for my real estate business. I just recently sold a property financing buyer $150,000 @ 4% amortized for 6 years. the monthly payments are $2,346 per month and the buyer has been making monthly payments above the min. monthly payments as additional principal payment to pay off the loan earlier,,,,the question that I have is how do I enter the additional principal payment the buyer makes on a periodic basis,,,,,,I do not know how to treat the additional principal payment on my 12c financial calculator,,,,can some one help me with this hopefully?
