Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased this laptop for work back in March. It's still under warranty. In the repair status, it said I would have my laptop back by today. But it's now changed to the middle of October. For a hinge!! But now it's saying it's because of the LCD back cover. That's not what was broken when I sent it in last week! So am I just not supposed to work for 2 months? I guess I should be glad you guys finally decided to cover faulty hinges, but now you seemingly don't have the parts. Or you break other parts which I now have to wait even longer for. You all need to make this right.
