I tried to upgrade the RAM that's why i removed the battery. After that the power icon shows "No Battery Present". and the mouse pointer shows 255% available plugged in. I have tried many ways to solve the problem

* Hard reset the OS( windows 10      64bit)

* update bios

After removing AC and Battery i pressed the power button for 1 min.

and a lots of technique found in internet world. But the result is same.
