- 2nd attempt to receive correct ink for my printer

I am so upset with HP I have been out of ink for over a month and HP can not seem to send me the correct ink for my printer. I waited the first time almost 10 days before the ink was sent and it was the incorrect cartridge. I called HP to let them know and asked that they overnight me one as this is affecting my business and was told they could not (BS). So the ordered again i again waited about 5 days and unbelievable it is the incorrect cartage once again. I need to know what I need to do to get the correct one as well as get my instant ink extended since I have been out of ink for 2 months now. This is terrible business and I a very disappointed in HP. How long do I have to loose money because I can not print what I need to due to HP in ability to provide service?

Kindly share the correct ink cartridge images and the wrong cartridge images you are referring to. Let me look into it.
