Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Elitebook X360 830 G6

When logging out, rebooting or shutting down I hear three short beeps.  I have checked the memory DIMM and they are propertly seated.  I have disconnected the battery and pressed the power button for 10 seconds.  A google search doesn't help - most posts are about three long beeps and two short beeps.  I'm hoping for suggestions.  Thanks!
