Probook 450 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We bought the new HP Probook 450 G6 4SZ45AV

After installing Windows Enterprise 64 bit LTSB, there are 3 hardware components who don't install.

Lookink online for drivers or googling the hardware id's does not get us to something.

Can anyone tell me what hardware the following hardware id's represent?

ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_000C
USB\VID_06CB&PID_00B7&REV_0164
USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA&REV_0002

Thanks.

USB\VID_06CB&PID_00B7&REV_0164 : Synaptics touchpad stuff

USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA&REV_0002 : Something from Intel try bluetooth

ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_000C : Try the accelerometer

Use this site to find out what devices are using the VID(Vendor ID) and PID(Product ID) https://devicehunt.com/

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

The USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA&REV_0002 has been solved by instaling  BT_20.110.0_64_Win10.exe from the Intel website.

Since we use Microsoft Deployment Service, we exctracted the MSI from it, since the exe has no unattended switches.

USB\VID_06CB&PID_00B7&REV_0164 worked out to be the fingerprint sensor. Installed by SP92999. It contains executables, which did install by WDS. Extraction from the drivers did the job.

ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_000C  is the HP application manager when we look in a default factory image. Still looking for the drivers.

Try this for the unknown: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=ACPI%5CHPIC000c
