Product: HP ENVY Laptop 17m-ce0xxxn 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
A laptop was purchased on July 2019 from states and after the warranty is over I wanted to clean my laptop and remove the dust inside. As i opened the back cover of the laptop i realized that the battery is swollen. i was wondering why because Hp says the newer laptops are smart and the batteries aren't getting overcharged. i used the laptop always plugged and a computer expert said that you cannot use laptops always plugged. is it true? aren't newer laptops smart?
As i live in Sri Lanka i have no way of getting a battery and no one ships batteries on ebay. Is there any possible way to purchase a LK03XL battery?
