Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My battery bloated for HP Spectre 360 15t-ch000 . This is only 3 years old.

Saw in the forums others got the same experience for this battery model 928372-855

This has also caused issue to my spacebar 

Can someone from HP help me get a new battery ?

I see you are experiencing Battery issues with the HP Spectre X360 Laptop.

 

You can visit the HP Parts Store from this link and order the Battery. You can also contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty service options.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
