Hi,

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please try

(a) Uninstall HP 3D DriveGuard from Device Manager,
(b) Reboot your machine,
(c) Download and install

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

(d) Restart your machine.

Regards.

Hi Banhien (Provost)

Thanks for your reply. There is no HP 3D DriveGuard in the Device Manager. So I could not uninstall it.

Hi, @karetsaka :

You uninstall the current 3D driveguard software as follows...

Open the Windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for the HP 3D DriveGuard, and select Uninstall.

After the uninstall is completed, restart the notebook, install the driver that Banhien posted, and restart the notebook again.
