After warranty upgrade info about serial number from the back of the laptop has gone.

HP Recommended
Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi Guys,

 

Have urgent issue, can't get in touch with infoline.

After renovation done for my HP Spectrum in a frame of warranty the back panel was replaced and there is no more serail number as it was on the original version. I would like to sell asap this laptop while it's still new and buy a new fully convertible cause I don't like to use keyboad. Without serail number nobody will buy it. 

Whom I should contact to get another laptop with serial number. Is there any possibility to get a temporary laptop from HP in such cases? 

 

Second, recently every 10 min my computer shows an error with a smile some QR code and says that it needs to be restarted... Hello? I lost half of the work done recently. During the previous renovation all my data has dissapeared from the harddrive. I can't afford another collapse of this HP in 8 months. With this bug I will not sell it for sure but I also can't work myself on it.

 

And last question. If I manage to fix/change/sell this luxury Spectrum ... and will stay with HP I for sure will need a Pen and this new Super Mouse but they are not accessible in PL and I have to make orders on Ebay or other international sales sites. Is there any HP store in Warsaw with full assortment? Which pen would you suggest me to buy?

Thanks for your help! Finally I was heard \ (•◡•) /

I got a message from US social media inspector and passed with 2 attempts my message. Now writing with iPhone 8+ cause my HP is collapsing all the time. (+_+)

Hope smth will work out of that.
