HP ZBook G2

Hi, i cant reply to your post so here´s a new one.

That's a pity to hear that you don't get support for the problem from HP.

I can identify myself, prove the purchase. What is the problem?

So you're telling me that the only way to bypass pwd is either a dubious BIOS service or to replace the bios chip?

Can I have the hardware plans of the motherboard, please?
Where is the bios chip located?
I need answers.

If this is really the case then I will not use any devices from HP or Aruba in my company anymore. I will advise my customers to use a different manufacturer as well.

I find this impudent. The device is not defective. I hope the "right to repair" will become law very soon.

Best regards
