Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (71H61AV)

I’m encountering an issue with the WWAN SIM slot on my brand new HP laptop. I am unable to remove the current SIM tray, which is preventing me from using the proper one. I’ve tried a few solutions, but so far, I’ve had no luck in resolving the problem.

Could you kindly offer any advice or guidance on how to sort this out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
