Hello, Team. I have an issue, In my system, BIOS is not updated. I tried multiple times but still faced the same Problem. Please help me out.

Hello.

 

24B2C9EA-B1AE-4093-A3C6-4785ACD86087 is some sort of unique identifier, but it doesn't tell us the laptop model.

 

Try hitting Fn+ESC key combination in Windows to see the HP System Information window with your laptop model info. Or run the msinfo32.exe program in Windows to see the same thing there.

 

Also, please describe what you did and what the problem is. Error messages? You can attach images in your message if it's hard to describe.
