Hi @MANISH-SALES,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The blinking screen issue you're experiencing with your HP Notebook 15s-Fr1002tu when starting could be due to several factors.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
Update Graphics Drivers:
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Display adapters, right-click on your graphics driver, and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click on Check for updates and install any available updates.
Disable Fast Startup:
- Open Control Panel and go to Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
- Click on Choose what the power buttons do.
- Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
- Uncheck Turn on fast startup and click Save changes.
Perform a Clean Boot:
- Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
- In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab and check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.
- Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.
- In Task Manager, disable all startup items.
- Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.
Check Display Settings:
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
- Make sure the resolution and refresh rate are set to recommended values.
Run HP Support Assistant:
- Download and install HP Support Assistant.
- Open the HP Support Assistant and run a full system diagnostic to check for hardware issues.
Check for BIOS Update:
- Visit the HP Support website and check if there's a BIOS update available for your model.
- Follow the instructions to update the BIOS if necessary.
