Hi @MANISH-SALES,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The blinking screen issue you're experiencing with your HP Notebook 15s-Fr1002tu when starting could be due to several factors.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Update Graphics Drivers:

  • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  • Expand Display adapters, right-click on your graphics driver, and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  • Click on Check for updates and install any available updates.

Disable Fast Startup:

  • Open Control Panel and go to Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
  • Click on Choose what the power buttons do.
  • Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
  • Uncheck Turn on fast startup and click Save changes.

Perform a Clean Boot:

  • Press Win + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
  • In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab and check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.
  • Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager.
  • In Task Manager, disable all startup items.
  • Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.

Check Display Settings:

  • Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
  • Make sure the resolution and refresh rate are set to recommended values.

Run HP Support Assistant:

  • Download and install HP Support Assistant.
  • Open the HP Support Assistant and run a full system diagnostic to check for hardware issues.

Check for BIOS Update:

  • Visit the HP Support website and check if there's a BIOS update available for your model.
  • Follow the instructions to update the BIOS if necessary.
