My 15 moths old laptop hinge has come out as it seems that a small piece from back panel is broken

 They are charging Rs 15000 just for plastic back panel and metal hinge. This is a daylight robbery by HP. At this rate total laptop from spares would cost Rs 50 lac, while original cost was Rs. 95000.

Please save me.
