Backlight not coming on Elitebook 840 G 1

HP Recommended
Ellitebook 840 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Advertised as having back light, but the F5 key doesn't have the indication and neither CNTRL F5 or just F5 or Func F5 turns on backlight.

If it is not what was advertised then contact Amazon and the retailer that sold it.
