Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all,

I have a problem with my laptop 2 weeks ago, It perform badly if it was opened without the adaptor.
I have replaced the battery with a new one, also windows was reinstalled many times and downgraded to windows 10 but I still have the same issue. 

I'm using the last Bios version F. 25

So I hope if you can help
